Server logs. Our website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any web host, Azure records standard request information — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Messages you send us. The contact form does not transmit anything to our servers. Submitting it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message to our team; nothing is sent until you press send there. When you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and details of your project.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and the site does not load fonts, scripts, or other resources from third-party services.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and support our engineering services, and consider job applications. We use server logs only to operate and secure the website.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that run our business systems (for example, our email and website hosting providers), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent us by emailing us at the address below.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
